Design Considerations Substrate 7 to 24 pt coated stock is recommended. 60 - 100 lb coated stocks can be used, however some curling may occur. The possibility of curling will be greatly increased when coating on both sides of the sheet. For best results we recommend coated stocks over uncoated stocks. Complementary Processes Spot UV can be used in conjunction with treated O.P.P. Matte Film Lamination. Alternative Processes For alternative matte coatings, you may wish to consider LAYFLAT™ or Mylar Matte Film Lamination. Sufficient time should be given for inks to dry before coating is applied. Rhodamine red, reflex blue and purple should be avoided if possible. Your ink supplier can recommend inks, or call us for a complimentary test and recommendations. O.P.P. Matte can be applied on 1 or 2 sides.
